Users and Passwords

How do I get my username and password to enter the platform?

Write us an email to support@iproveedor.com with the request. In the email you must detail: Name of your company, Company name, Contact, Reason for consultation and name of the client you wish to consult on the platform.

You cannot access with assigned username and password.
  • Enter the data as detailed in the email, with numbers, upper and lower case.
    If you made a password change in previous days and do not remember it, check your email for a message from soporte@iproveedor.com where you are notified of the last password configured
The screen shows that the user has been temporarily blocked.
  • The lock is generated after entering the wrong password three times, a 60-second countdown would start, wait for the count to finish and enter the correct password. If the block persists contact soporte@iproveedor.com

Requisitions

The requisition was published, but the email did not reach our company with the details of the process.
  • The email with the details of the process comes from soporte@iproveedor.com, please validate in spam or unwanted emails.
  • Validate if the email entered at the time of Confirming Participation was entered correctly by your company.
The temporary key does not work.
  • Remember that the platform generates a new temporary password each time you enter the link of the requisition process. These notifications will reach the registered email.
The platform tells me that the document extension is not correct.
  • Check the extension of the template or document that I download from the platform, your document must have the same extension to be able to upload the annex to the platform. Some examples of file extensions (doc, docx, xls, xlsx, ppt, pptx, zip, pdf, png)
  • The name of the documents should only contain letters and without spaces (they should not contain characters such as: accents, periods, commas, hyphens, parentheses, brackets, numerals, among others).
My client indicates that I have not submitted the Proposal.
  • Remember that to send your proposal you must click on the red SEND PROPOSAL button. If this button is not used, the documents that you attach will not be able to be viewed by your client.

Tax Certificates

How do I download or view my tax certificates?
  • Enter the portal https://app.iproveedor.com/iprov/home.jsp with your respective username and password.
  • At the top left you will find an icon with 3 white lines (it is the menu) click there to select the customer: (company that applied the withholdings to you).
  • Again on the left side you will findProvider Services to enter click on Certificates
  • In the middle of the page it appears: Select a Certificate, unfold the arrow and click on the type of certificate you need, for example: Annual Certificate Retention at Source
  • Once the certificate has been selected, the central part will show the certificate record with the year and / or two-month period, withholding agent, to open the certificate, double-click on the year you need.
  • In the detail of the certificate, there are the options: PDF (to download the document) or Print.

Invoices and Payments

How do I check my invoices and payments?
  • Enter the portal https://app.iproveedor.com/iprov/home.jsp with your respective username and password.
  • In the upper left you will find an icon with 3 white lines (it is the menu) click there to select the customer: (company that should pay you your invoice).
  • Again on the left side you will find Provider Services to enter, click on Pending Invoices or Received Payments.

Entry or receipt of merchandise.

  • Again on the left side you will find Provider Services to enter click onTickets Items or Services
  • In the middle of the page appears the information of the POs with their respective Entry No. / No. Reception to see the details of your PO, double click on it.
  • To locate a specific PO, go to the right side of the page and click Search there you can filter by the # of the PO
  • In Filters use the 2nd option: Purchase order and enter the number of your PO and then click on the blue SEARCH button.

Purchase orders

How do I check my purchase orders?
  • Enter the portal https://app.iproveedor.com/iprov/home.jsp with your respective username and password.
  • In the upper left you will find an icon with 3 white lines (it is the menu) click there to select the customer: (Customer who generated the purchase order)
  • Again on the left side you will find Provider Services to enter click onPurchase Orders.
  • In the middle of the page, the information of the POs appears to see the details of your PO, double click on it.
  • To locate a specific PO, go to the right side of the page and click Search there you can filter by the # of the PO
  • In Filters use the 2nd option: Purchase order and type the numbers of your PO and then click on the blue SEARCH button.

Offer requests

How do I check my requests for offers?
  • Enter the portal https://app.iproveedor.com/iprov/home.jsp with your respective username and password.
  • At the top left you will find an icon with3 white lines (it’s the menu) click there to select the customer: (Customer who generated the offer request)
  • Again on the left side you will find Provider Services to enter click Offer requests.
  • In the middle of the page, the requests for offers are shown, to open the request double click on the record (it will open as long as it has status: Pending, orange)

 

I do not see the request for offer.
  • Validate the closing date of the requests (it is possible that you have already closed and the page places them last, and shows first those that are pending or those that have already been answered)
  • Stand in the column Closing unfold the arrow and choose the 2nd option:Sort in descending order, the system will automatically bring you all the requests (ordered by date.
  • Or you can use the filters at the top right is the Search button click on it to view and use the filters.
